First, the mandatory disclaimer:
I've been told I am sometimes harsh on my comments. Keep in mind I LOVE playmobil. It is GREAT. Without a doubt and by FAR, the GREATEST toy on the Universe. And also keep in mind that I've gotten a box (or two) of each boys and girls since the first series - meaning, despite all the "problems" I point out, they are VERY MUCH WORTH IT. We ALL know playmobil rules, so I suppose I tend to point out the problems. There are only so many ways of saying AWESOME, right?

The boxes seem.. simpler - where is the Figures' logo? And.. they are the same!?

That's a first...

The base of the box is the same for boys and girls - featuring both.
The insert of course still shows the full series of boys or girls, with a strange attachment.
These attachments were inside the boxes, in an unmarked zipper:
These come in german, english and french. I don't know if there are different ones for the iberian market, but it also would not surprise me that portuguese and spanish were simply ignored.
The inside of the girls' outer box was stained. Very strange - the box itself was fine.
Unlike the previous couple of series (
series 25 +
series 26), this time the outer boxes match

As mentioned, the boxes are the same. Though simplified, I think they are very striking.
Actually, the back, with the logo over the blue is beautiful

No mention of the 50
th - unsurprising, since it was last year... or the app. Maybe it is actually gone. I suppose if not done properly, better this way.

A really strong series, with several highlights on both boys and girls. I believe only the Officer in the boys is a complete repeat.
No diapers, always good

, but plenty of speedos: 2 in the boys and 7 (SEVEN!!) in the girls. And a fat dwarf-rabbit in the boys.
The packs..

The leaflets, showing the usual freaks
As usual, some rubberbands used, in two boys and two girls.
The extras.... the boys had considerably more than the girls.

For the boys, Cupid's tattooed torso is great, and so are the transparent frames and the Sage's head and hat. The legs with dark tan feet are also nice, since these are not common (yet?).
For the girls, the Wine Queen's hairs and crown are great.
As to issues...
One of the boys brought a girls leaflet!
And one of the Robin Hoods is missing the feather.
And one of the Ghost Pirates has a misprinted head.
Well, you know how it works: follow all the pages to see everything, or use these shortcuts for a specific figure:
